I have built a thriving international holistic education business from the ground up… and I mean the flat, no finances or support ground!

On a Personal Note
My journey into holistic wellbeing started when I was very young and grew out of my personal search to overcome conditions like panic attacks and debilitating anxiety.
By the time I was twenty, I was teaching meditation and unbeknownst to me at the time, had begun a lifelong journey of seeking, researching, studying, sharing and living a life completely dedicated to supporting everyone I can that wants to use holistic methods and strategies to improve their lives.
I believe that we, as holistic practitioners, therapists, healers, and coaches, are on the front line - doing the work that changes the world.
I have worked as a workshop facilitator, holistic counsellor, and practitioner trainer for over 40 years. I have also experienced the joy of working with hundreds of people to set up and begin running their own holistic therapy practices.
I think my greatest gift is understanding people.
I know that when people feel understood, respected, seen and heard - when they are provided with the tools they need to make choices that empower them to walk the path that resonates with them - they can't help but thrive.
